Second, if the return and exchange are in the following cases, it is not included in the ranks of quality problems, and the freight of returning and changing goods back and forth shall be borne by the buyer:

2. The degumming and opening line that can be repaired by yourself (for example, the guide ring of a fishing rod with a guide ring such as a sea rod falls off, etc.). 3, no reason to exchange goods;
4. All kinds of emotional reasons that do not match the imagination (such as color difference, dislike, bigger or smaller than imagined, hardness problem, workmanship fineness, color difference, odor, size measurement error, etc.)
Products that are indeed quality problems (please indicate with self-adhesive stickers where there is a problem with the product, and put a note with Ali Wangwang name - order number - reason for return and exchange in the package) must be sent to us in time. No factory can guarantee that the defect rate is zero. International standards allow a 3% defect rate. We will return and exchange the goods after verification. The returned goods cannot be used, modified and repaired, and cannot be man-made damaged. If they are used and modified or deliberately man-made damaged after inspection, they will not be returned or exchanged. You must keep the packaging and original accessories intact and return them, otherwise no return or exchange will be made or a certain payment will be deducted.
